What fees are involved in the Commissions NOW advance?

Fees starting as low as 10% if transaction closes in 30 days or less from date advance is requested. There is a $15 charge if the agent wants payment by check. There are no additional processing or admin fees.

What is a commission advance?
A commission advance is a process in which an agent can get early access to a portion of their pending commission for a fee.
What type of transactions are approved?

Residential & Commercial only. No Referrals nor Leases are approved at this time.

What are the benefits of a commission advance?
There are many financial commitments when running your own business. Commissions NOW gives you the financial flexibility and freedom to access your commissions when you need it.
How can I apply for a commissions advance?
Fill out the application and submit the required documents to your Office Manager for review. Once approved, the application will be forwarded to the Commissions NOW team for final sign-off and funding. Apply NOW
What is accepted for your bank account information?

The bank account information must belong to the agent requesting the commissions advance.

When will I receive the funds?
Same day funding is available Monday – Friday if the application is approved by the Commission NOW team before noon (PDT). Funds will be wired next business day if received outside that time-frame.
What is the max I can request from Commissions NOW?
$5,000 is the max that can be advanced at any one time.
What is the total commission advance amount you can receive/ask for?

$5,000 is the total per agent, and the commissions advance cannot exceed 50% of the total Gross Commissions Amount.

Will Commissions NOW run a credit check?
No. Credit checks are not run during this process.
What if my sale doesn't close?
Commissions NOW will allow advances for up to 90 day escrows. If a sale falls through, you can roll the advance into another pending sale or pay the advanced amount plus fees in full.
Is the commission advance confidential?
Yes. No one outside of your approving manager/broker and Commissions NOW will be made aware of commission advance transactions.
What information do I need to include with my Commissions NOW application?
In addition to the completed application, you will need to include:

  • Fully Executed RPA
  • Copy of Escrow Instructions
  • Buyer’s pre-approval letter
  • Copy of MLS Print-Out
